๐ Required Qualification & Experience:

Qualification: Law graduate (LLB) from a recognized institution.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, especially in handling corporate legal matters and understanding applicable laws and banking regulations.
๐ Job Summary:
The role of Officer Legal & Corporate Affairs involves providing legal opinions on a wide array of corporate matters, including:

Account opening,
-
Housing finance documentation,
-
Property document review,
-
And other legal compliance issues.
โ๏ธ Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Drafting, Examining & Vetting of legal documents, especially Property Documents from all over Pakistan, including provinces, AJK, and Gilgit Baltistan.

Coordination with lawyers, including regular follow-ups, discussions on legal cases, and negotiating legal fees.
-
Ensuring compliance with Bank Constitution, By-laws, and Regulatory Laws.

Liaison with Internal and External Auditors (including SBP auditors) during Legal Audits.

Preparing Internal Control Manuals (ICM) and monthly MIS reports.

Drafting and vetting legal instruments such as:

Contracts and Licenses,
-
NDAs,
-
MOUs,
-
Bank Guarantees,
-
Indemnity Bonds,
-
Vendor Agreements,
-
Authority Letters, etc.

-
Furnishing Legal Opinions on:
-
Corporate matters,
-
Charge forms,
-
Account openings,
-
Deceased accounts (Succession Certificates & Court Orders),

Notices from regulatory agencies.

-
Vetting Board Resolutions, SLAs, and other strategic legal documents.

Performing any additional tasks assigned by the Divisional Head.
