Eligibility Criteria:
PIDCL is looking for individuals with:

A strong background in Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure, Urban Planning, Finance, Law, Human Resource, Risk Management, or Public Administration.

A proven track record of leadership in reputable public or private sector organizations.

Experience in fiduciary responsibilities and inter-agency coordination.
Qualifications & Experience:

A bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized university in a relevant field.

At least 10 years of professional experience in the relevant sector.
Key Requirements:

Compliance with the State-Owned Enterprises Ownership and Management Policy, 2023, and Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013.

No material pecuniary relationship with PIDCL or the Government of Pakistan.

Good reputation and integrity, with a preference for candidates aged 35 or above.
