📚 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:

  • Minimum graduate or equivalent degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university/institute
    OR

  • Local/International professional qualification/certification

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of banking experience in relevant areas

  • Strong skills in communication, leadership, team management, networking, and evaluation are required


📌 General Requirements:

  • Age Limit:

    • Permanent Induction: Up to 42 years

    • Contractual Induction: Up to 57 years

  • Domicile Requirement: AJK Domicile / State Subject

  • Skills Required: Strong communication skills and computer literacy are mandatory

  • Posting: Only in the candidate’s respective division; non-transferable for at least 5 years
