Available Positions:
CPGCL is looking for qualified and dynamic candidates for the following roles:
1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The CFO will lead the finance team, ensuring transparency, accountability, and efficient financial operations of the organization. This role demands:
- Leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Implementation of financial strategies to ensure sustainability
- Proficiency in risk management, audit compliance, and ERP systems
Eligibility:
- Member of a recognized professional body (ICAP/ICMAP/ACCA)
- At least 15 years of professional experience

2. Chief Internal Auditor (CIA)
The CIA will head the internal audit function to ensure corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. Key tasks include:
- Designing and executing risk-based internal audit plans

- Reporting to the Board Audit Committee
Eligibility:
- Member of ICAP/ICMAP/ACCA or MBA (Finance) from an HEC-recognized university
- Minimum 10 years of audit-related experience, including 5 years in internal audit

3. Deputy Manager (Internal Audit)
This role supports the Chief Internal Auditor in evaluating operational, financial, and compliance-related activities.
Eligibility:
- Member of ICAP/ICMAP/ACCA or MBA (Finance)
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Maximum age: 40 years
4. Assistant Manager (Internal Audit)
Supports both the Deputy Manager and CIA in internal audit functions.
Eligibility:
- Member of ICAP/ICMAP/ACCA or MBA (Finance)
