Health Services Academy (HSA), a prestigious degree-awarding institute under the HSA (Restructuring) Act, 2018, Government of Pakistan, invites applications from Pakistani Nationals for various positions under the PSDP-funded project titled “One Health Workforce Development and Coordination – Towards Pandemic Readiness”. All positions are on a purely contract basis.

📋 Available Vacancies

1. Database Developer / Web Developer (PPS-07)

  • Max Age Limit: 35 Years

  • Qualification/Experience:

    • PhD in Computer Science/IT/Database Admin or related with 1 year experience

    • OR Master’s in same fields with 2 years experience

    • OR Bachelor’s in same fields with 3 years experience

  • Skills Required:

    • Public sector experience preferred

    • Proficiency in web technologies, SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, security, CMS, and Git

    • Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills

  • Quota: Open Merit

2. Research Associate (PPS-05)

  • Max Age Limit: 35 Years

  • Qualification/Experience:

    • BS/Master’s/PhD in Public Health, Veterinary Medicine, Environmental Science, or related

    • Strong research, data analysis, and writing skills

    • Experience in epidemiology, health policy, or One Health initiatives preferred

  • Quota: Open Merit

  • Seats: 04

3. Naib Qasid (PPS-02)

  • Max Age Limit: 30 Years

  • Qualification/Experience:

    • Middle pass with 3 years relevant experience

    • Preference for candidates having LTV or Motorbike License

  • Quota: Open Merit

  • Seats: 01

4. Sweeper (PPS-01)

  • Max Age Limit: 30 Years

  • Qualification/Experience:

    • Literate with office cleaning experience preferred

  • Quota: Open Merit

  • Seats: 01
