This position is offered under a three-year contract, extendable yearly based on performance evaluations and KPI achievements.

Salary: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 70,000 per month

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Management Sciences) from HEC-recognized university.

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a reputable public or private sector organization.
Additional Requirements:

Strong communication skills in both Urdu and English.

Proficiency in computer usage and health-related terminology.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
📃 General Information:

The position is administrative and secretarial, not executive.

Duties include recording minutes, organizing meetings, maintaining communication with BoG members, and fulfilling tasks assigned by the Chairperson.
📑 Terms & Conditions:

Governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act, 2015.

Civil servants must resign from service if selected.
