Available Positions & Requirements

  1. District Manager

    • Master’s/Bachelor’s in Social Science, Development Studies, or Project Management

    • 5–7 years of relevant managerial and stakeholder engagement experience

  2. Monitoring & Evaluation Officer

    • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of M&E experience

  3. Natural Resource Management Officer

    • Degree in Agriculture/Environmental Sciences or related field with 2+ years in resource or climate resilience management

  4. Enterprise Development Officer

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business/Economics with 2+ years of enterprise development experience

  5. Finance Officer

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Finance with 3+ years of experience in financial management

  6. Program Officer – Admin

    • Bachelor’s in Administration with 2+ years of admin/logistics experience

  7. District Engineer

    • B.E. (Civil) with 2+ years or Diploma with 3+ years of experience in infrastructure schemes

  8. MIS Officer

    • BS IT or equivalent with 2+ years of experience in data analysis, databases, and MIS reporting

  9. CIF-HRD Professional

    • Master’s in Social Sciences/Development or related field with 2+ years of experience in community financing or program facilitation


Positions for Unit Offices (Karachi, Hyderabad, Shaheed Benazirabad, Naushro Feroz)

  1. HRD Officer

    • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in HRD or Social Mobilisation

  2. Social Organizer

    • Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of community mobilization experience

  3. MIS Assistant

    • BCS/Diploma with 1 year of experience in MS Office and IT systems

  4. Field Engineer

    • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering with at least 1 year of field-level construction experience

  5. Finance and Admin Assistant

    • B.Com or equivalent with 1 year of experience in accounts/admin
